Not a critique, just a bit of comedy in Borge’s style… although it ended up with a lovely piece in the end, not at all as “modern”-sounding as one might expect based on his build-up. He continued his brand of hilarious classical-music comedy for decades more after this, entertaining millions in concert and on TV. Viva Borge!
I dont know much about music, but this is amazing, does anyone Could give me some context or more details about what exactly is this (In what purpose what is made, was it to criticize contemporary composer ? )
1951…a very good year!!!

Marche Militaire
it might not even be schubert, considering he says hes playing a beethoven piece at one point and then plays the chopin funeral march
